Why flat fee?
Percentage-based fees made sense when property management was new. But why should your manager earn more every time your tenant pays more, for doing the same work? Proppy charges one flat weekly fee. Your fee doesn't move when rent moves unless you go up a full pricing band. You keep the upside of every rent increase if it's within a pricing band. That's it. That's the difference.

No catch. We charge a fixed weekly fee instead of a percentage of your rent, so our income doesn't increase when your rent does. You'll see the exact fee upfront on Kellie's call, and you'll do the math on what you'd save yourself. No pressure.
No. Your tenant stays in the property on their existing tenancy agreement. We introduce ourselves as the new point of contact for anything tenancy-related. That's it from their end.
We coordinate it. You sign a short appointment letter authorising us to act, and we handle the notice to your current manager, collect records, and transfer the bond. Usually done within 30 days.
Standard management: rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenancy tribunal representation, end-of-tenancy handling, monthly statements. We'll walk through the full inclusions list and the extras on Kellie's call.
Your first month of management fees is on us when you sign on with Proppy. Third-party costs (maintenance, tradespeople, legal) aren't included in the free month, just our management fees. Full terms provided before you sign.
